Click- Through Rate (CTR)

Click-through rate is the percentage of people who click on a link out of all the people who saw the link in an email, advertisement, website page, etc. The higher the CTR, the more people clicked the link. For example, if 100 people saw the link but only 40 people actually clicked on it, the click-through rate would be 40%.

Organic Traffic

Organic traffic refers to the amount of viewers a website receives from search results that were not paid for, solely based on best SEO practices. Organic traffic is generally considered better since it accurately reflects the popularity of the website.

Subscriber

A subscriber is a person who allows a business to communicate with them through email, social media, or other personal messaging means, much like traditional magazine or newsletter subscriptions. Businesses can send updates to subscribers and in turn, subscribers provide businesses with helpful feedback.

Call to Action (CTA)

A call to action asks users or viewers to complete a certain action, whether it is to click a link, fill out a form, subscribe to an e-newsletter, or make a phone call. A CTA can be shown in plain text or a flashy visual and usually includes some type of demand, such as “call now” or "buy today".

Impressions

How many times an online media is viewed. This can refer to an online advertisement, a web page or online content created by social media users. Viewers do not necessarily engage with the content for it to count as an impression. For example, someone scrolling past an advertisement online may count as an impression. Impressions help businesses measure how often a marketing campaign is being viewed.
